Sunday is here. Morning time, i went to an assignment meeting with my sis. I ask her to come along to accompany me. Lolz. In the evening, I went to see the autoshow. Actually me n my sis went there the day before but that time we had to go back early since it was already raining. The cars was superb!!! It's just kind of a waste coz that type of cars can't be used on the roads. Everything about their car was invested with a lot of thought. Even the exhaust was custom made. A lot of them used the moon eyes design. But their stickers and the airbrush design on their car was the coolest!
We also went to the drift section. It feels like i'm watching the making of fast and furious. Hahaha. suddenly at that time i feel like playing need for speed. It was so much like in the game. Carbon hoods, slick rims, spoilers, turbo engines. I'll get one of those sport cars if i'm rich. lolz.
Although it was all nice, I don't think i'll waste that much money just to have custom made parts. A good looking car with nice paint job will be good enough. :P
ps : How much money must they have spent on those cars. But wasn't it kind of a waste. I mean u spent that much amount of money, but you won't be able to drive it besides for autoshow. Sien.
Cars!!!!!!
Minggu penghayatan bumi Palestin
Assalamua'laikum everyone!!!
I think it's not too late for me to cover this topic. I've been bit bz with study stuff lately.
Alhamdulillah. the program was a great one. I think this will be my last prog joining as committee for Usrah. Maybe if i do join later, i wont be involved much since i'm nearing my final year in my degree. I'm glad i join the prog. The Palestine Remembrance Night was a great one.
There was some problem with the audio and stuff. But I think it all work out nicely. All the hard work was worth it. Since I can't really do much for my brother and sister's in Palestine, I think giving out the message about them is my obligation for them.
The comms for Palestine Remembrance Night was great. Everyone did their part to ensure the night was going smoothly. Thanks also to the ad-hoc (usher) and MC's.
The week started off with a pameran by NGO's like teras, ISMA, Aman Palestine, etc. Then a talk was held covering the topic 'Palestine as a holy place for 3 religion'. The talk was memorable for me. As what I remembered, one of the speaker who is from Palestine say, 'I can live anywhere else, but give me back my home in Palestine.' .I can't imagine his feelings knowing his family is still there in Palestine fighting for their lives and protecting their HOMELAND.
Some people who see the Palestine as terrorist are really not getting the point. Why are they in the wrong when the Israeli's are the one that are invading their land. When you're standing your ground, does you see them as wrong? The Israeli's are bulldozing their homes, schools, killing their families, friends, and treating the Palestinian's like they're not human. Does it make sense if you kill someone just because they are Palestinian's?
Alhamdulillah there was a lot of people coming to the forum. And it looks like the non-muslims are also opening their eyes to the situation in Palestine. There was also a lot of foreigners and some non muslim's attending the talk.
I was given the task to be the backstage manager during the Palestine Remembrance Night. I think all the performer's and committee's can see me going back and front on that night. Thanks to my frens and the welfare committee who cared for our welfare. They keep asking us to go eat for lunch and dinner. I think if they didn't keep bugging me, I wont have my lunch and dinner. Thanks a lot guys.
The night started with a performance from Brother Muadz. Then there was nasheed, poem and a drama presentation from History Society member's. I personally feel like it was a good thing that there are foreigner's performance. Palestine issue really has unite the whole Muslim's especially in MMU. We also have AFWAN performing. It seem's like a long time since they've performed in MMU. The drama team from UIA gave a great performance. To think that they only practiced for 1 week, I gave them a thumbs up.
The night ended with a doa recitation led by Bro Muadz. May Allah help our brother and sister's in Palestine.
I really hope that there will be more program like this. I don't mind if it wasn't perfect. The important thing is that we all get something out of it. Hope that the flame we have now wont fade away. Lets continue to spread the words and do our part.
For all, Palestine is not only a religion issue, it is also a humanity issue.
Allahuakbar!
Allahuakbar!
Allahuakbar!
ps: pics will be uploaded later. :)
Imbasan kenangan lama

Nie tadika cina. sbb tu tade nampak melayu dalam gambar nie. ade la tapi dalam 4 org je kot. Gambar nie waktu hari last ana kat sana. ade mcm persembahan n bg hadiah la. time ni nyanyi lagu cina. tp tak ingat dah lagu ape. main nyanyi jek. suara sedap ke tak pn dah tak ingat. banyak kenangan kat sana yg best terutamanya hari pertama. . nnti lain kali baru cite panjang.
Waktu 6 tahun masuk Tadika Al- Arqam. Huhuhu. Yang dorg kate ajaran sesat tu. Tp masa ana masuk tu tade hal ape2 timbul lg. Benda yg paling ingat, hari2 gaduh dgn budak lelaki sbb berebut buai. hehe. budak kecik kot.

Time ni masuk sekolah agama jugak sesi petang. Tp gambar takde la. B4 pegi sekolah agama, duduk kat library dl. Tangkap belalang, main getah kat depan library. Walaupun kelas stat lambat, tp pegi awal sbb mak keje. Jd mak leh antar waktu mak g keje.

Waktu tu suke datang sekolah hari sabtu utk main galah dgn kawan2. Hehe. Dl ana penah sekali wakil rumah sukan masuk lontar peluru. Hahaha. Mcm nak tegelak je. Tp paham-paham je la. Kompem tak menang. Orang tgk pon mcm tak konfiden boleh baling peluru tuh.

Nie waktu hari anugerah. Mak ayah suke betul time tu. Rasa mcm dapat tebus kekesalan waktu graduasi. :) Hadiahnye ana bg kat family sorg satu.
Oke lar. Rasanye tu je kot setakat nie. Gambar2 masa mula2 masuk MMU ana postkan next time.
complaint?
Assalamua'laikum brothers and sisters
I've just watched a nice video in youtube. and I realized, this is actually whats happening in most of the programs that I've joined so far. The saddest thing is when the program that I joined that brings Allah, i saw a lot of this happening.
Okay, so its about complaining. Ever seen someone who keeps finding faults in other people's effort and work while they themselves rest on their nice comfy chairs?
Then, I joined another program. This time, it was a family day. And I wasn't the committee but I came just to help out wherever I could. When I come to the place where they were supposed to do like an entrance for a fair, no one was doing anything. And no one was giving the order or direction. Everyone just sat there chatting. I don't blame them, as they don't know what to do and they have been waiting there for quite some time. So i asked. What was the idea that they want to do. They say they donno. Even the person in charge donno how to do it and they were waiting for some ideas from someone else. So a friend of mine came up and gave her idea. Since no one else have a better idea, and we have the things needed, and it was getting late, we go with the idea given. They help out and we finished it. I thought everything was okay until my friend giving the idea come with a sad face. She said, why don't we stop doing it and take it down. I was quite shocked. I mean, we did it almost like an hour and she wants us to stop and take it down. Its ridiculous. Then I asked and she said that her friend has been complaining about it. I search for the person and I can see the person with some more people there siting nicely. You know, chatting. And I was shocked as she didn't mentioned anything to us. An now she's complaining bout it behind our back. And she doesn't even say anything when we were asking her for suggestion before w e start making it.God, I was mad at that time.
There's been a lot of other occurrences like this.
Too many people complaining. You did it badly. You didn't manage you event properly. Everything is messed up. Its not organized.
HELLO!!!
I'm working alone here. Can't you see. I sleep late doing things that were supposed to be done earlier by someone else and there you are, COMPLAINING 24/7.
Here's a suggestion, Instead of complaining about other people's work, why don't you help out. Organizing program is not a one man show. Even if you are not a committee, if you see something and you think that you can make it better, help out. It doesn't hurt to lend a hand or give out ideas. The muslim committee is supposed to be the best. They are supposed to be an example for others. The success of an event is portrays how good we work together. Not how many people complaining.
So please my brothers and sisters. If you care and you know your responsibility as a muslim, do it the best you can. Put your best effort and stop complaining please. Please don't talk bad about your friends effort if you didn't help out in the beginning. It will only hurt their feelings and nothing good will come out of it. You will only make them mad, or make them feel worthless or even make them give up.
Think of it like this, you have this beautiful tree that you love and you trim yourselves. You water it, you put all your effort in it, then someone came to your house, and said that the tree is the ugliest thing they have ever seen. Its has not been trimmed symmetrically, its too short or its too tall. The leaves are dry as if no one had water them for weeks while in fact you have just water them that morning.
Think about it. TOGETHER we are strong. And the Muslims are supposed to be the strongest ummah ever if we follow the teaching of our religion.
wassalam
orientation 07/08 in memoir
Wassalam to all.. those who read my blog.. ty for your time!.. :P
orientation starts off as usual with orientation camp.
3 days in a row.
It was quite the same as last year.
I got in the group with three of my last year's group.
that's a shocker.
martin n janet.
n of course.
There's still the biscuit factory. U know how it works?
basicly, make 2 long lines. The person facing each other will hold cross arms. and a person (smallest and lightes) will be tossed from one end to the other.
Last year i was tossed. and again.. i was tossed this year. But, this year, they do me a "huge favour" and make the line really long. huhu..
I end up with a stomach pain n dizziness. which i expected after last year experience.
then the camp end.
I got to work off campus and be a mobile again. last year i was in Blue 1. This year it was Red 10.
Guess i can't run from the number 1.
anyway.
the orientation was great. except for the briefings that is.
Heard the same thing 3 times. so i ecpected it to be boringgg... hehe..
it was important for the freshies though. So i just sat at the back and find a spot to sleep.
On the third day. it was midnight. I just came back from the muslims session that night and one of my freshies called. he said his friend has a bleeding on his head. Thank god i called one of the head mobile and he called ert (emercency response team) and everything was ok. i didn't sleep early that night or he won't be able to reach me.
The cheer was great though. loads of games we played. about 25 + came at the last day. Which was quite good considering only abot 20 came for other group.
Then the last day, the one hour group activity was cancelled. no goodbye's. But i called all of them up before lunch to give out the tickets. Suddenly a mobile oc came.
and to my suprise. I should have ask her to leave earlier.
She said " I will not turn up at the orientation night as i wasn't 'red hot enough'.... then she laugh and went away..
It was kinda insulting since she said it out loud in front of my freshies.
I just shut up and said goodbye to all.
kinda thinking though... what does hot means to her? showing off my body. being all loud when it is not necessary?
Either way. a few tears shed.. and I was good to go. I can't cry in fronf of all the freshies right?
It takes a lot of streghth to smile again after that. But I make it through.
but it was still a great experience. I learn a lot.
i also get some pleasant sms from my freshies saying that they enjoyed the whole week.
Thanks guys for your cooperation and participation during the whole week.
by the way. all the oc's was spectacular. I'm gonna miss working with you guys.
